GAYLORD, Mich. (Dec. 12, 2006) — Weather conditions in the Gaylord, Michigan area have forced the WPSA PowerSports Snowmobile Tour to postpone this weekend’s Polaris Michigan Snocross at Otsego Club. A make-up date for the event will be announced in the near future.
“Recent weather, which includes warm temperatures and rain, thwarted our ability to put on the world-class event our fans and racers have come to expect,” said PowerSports Entertainment, Inc. Executive Vice President of Operations Kent Lungstrom.
All Winter X Games 11 invitations will be determined by the end of this week. Park X of Quadna in Hill City, Minn. will be open all weekend for riders wishing to practice.
