Team AMSOIL was rewarded last weekend with a win in the Lites class of the AMP'd Mobile World Supercross series in Vancouver, BC. The reward came in the form of newcomer Ryan Sipes, who joined the Sobe/Samsung/Honda team two months ago.
Sipes took his first win with his new team in the Lites class. He grabbed the holeshot in his heat race and the main event. He fought back to take the lead on the second lap and pulled away for his first win with AMSOIL in his bike.
"My new team is awesome, and the new bike is really good," said Sipes. "It's almost like it has an auto-pilot switch on it [because] it almost rides itself."

Team AMSOIL rider Travis Preston finished seventh in the Supercross class.
The entire Sobe/Samsung/AMSOIL team, including Kevin Windham and Josh Grant, will start the AMA Supercross Series in January in Anaheim, Calif.
See you at the races,
