strong heats on Saturday in Rock River to advance to the Dash for Cash final. Still using his 440 sled instead of the teams new 600 chassis, Wanderscheid brought home a fifth place finish in the dash.The racing was delayed on Sunday due to morning fog. Open Final he finished sixth and followed that up with a 7th in the Champ 440 final.The AMSOIL/Wanderscheid oval ice racing team will be back on the track in Ironwood, Mich. after the first of the year. The January 5-6 race will be the first round of the USSA series.
