The Traxxas TORC Series presented by AMSOIL is just three days away and the final preparations are underway for what is expected to be a packed house at the Texas Motor Speedway on Friday and Saturday night.
Before the door-to-door racing begins Friday afternoon, TORC and Red Bull will be hosting the Red Bull Kick-off Party at City Streets Forth Worth. TORC's biggest names, including AMSOIL Super Team members Scott Douglas, Mike Oberg and Chad Hord will be on hand to sign autographs starting at 8:00 pm. The event is open to the public and is a great way to kick off the 2009 season.
AMSOIL will have a strong presence in Texas, including AMSOIL 
Shock Therapy Monster Truck driver and Monster Jam's 2009 "Rising Star" winner Jon Zimmer on hand for autographs both days. Fans can also win great prizes by collecting the 2009 Team AMSOIL Trading Cards from your favorite AMSOIL drivers (in the pits) and registering at the AMSOIL booth underneath the grandstands.
Gates open on Friday at 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Buy tickets now.
