A long lay-off since the AMSOIL Duluth National didn't faze AMSOIL/Scheuring Speedsports snocross racer DJ Eckstrom.

The Duluth, Minn. native battled from mid-pack to storm into a second place finish today at the WPSA National in Shakopee,
Minn. The WPSA is hosting two rounds of Pro Stock racing today,

with one round of Pro Open on Saturday and another round on Sunday.
Eckstrom's teammate Shaun Crapo, who is battling sore ribs after a minor accident on the practice track last week, won the Last Chance Qualifier and finished eighth in the final.
AMSOIL/Judnick Motorsprots rider Ross Martin finished fifth in today's race.
Three rounds of qualifying and another LCQ will wrap up today's racing at Canterbury Park. Racing resumes tomorrow morning with Round one of Pro Open scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and the Pro Stock final scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
